To provide our WhatsApp messaging services, we collect and process the following data:

A. Account Information (via Meta Embedded Signup)

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) using Facebook Login, we receive:

  • WABA ID & Phone Number ID: To identify your business on WhatsApp.
  • Access Tokens: To send messages on your behalf.
  • Business Profile Name: To display within your dashboard.

B. Usage Data

  • Message Logs: Timestamps and status of messages sent (Sent, Delivered, Read).
  • Template Data: Content of message templates submitted for approval.

Note: We do not store credit card information. All payments for WhatsApp conversation charges are paid directly by you to Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the sole purpose of facilitating communication between you and your customers. Specifically:

  • Message Transmission: To route messages from the Zira interface to the WhatsApp network.
  • Status Reporting: To update the Zira dashboard with message delivery statuses.
  • Compliance: To ensure message templates adhere to Meta’s Commerce and Business Policies.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following essential processors:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp): To execute the messaging service. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by the WhatsApp Business Terms.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain authentication tokens only as long as you grant us permission.
  • Right to Delete: You may revoke our access at any time via your Facebook Business Settings. Upon revocation, we delete your access tokens from our systems.
